Welcome to our ASC Resource Library!
The Resource Library is a collection of physical resources, books, and online journals and articles able to be collected at 5th Floor of Britannia House. We hope that you find it a useful resource to support you with your continuing professional development as a social care professional. Below we have a searchable list of our resources, listed in alphabetical (A-Z) order by title. You can click on a title to view the full description.
How to use the resource library:
- All resources are the property of Social Work Development Team.
- All resources must be signed in/ out with Social Work Development Team, who are located on the 5th Floor, Britannia House.
- A loan is a duration of two weeks maximum. If needed for longer just ask a member of the team.
- Our Resource library is open Tuesdays/ Wednesdays /Thursdays 10-4pm

- If you want to borrow a specific title, please check it is available to loan before travelling to Britannia House.
- Please return loaned items to SWDT team 5th Floor, Britannia House.
- Do not loan books / resources to others.
- If a resource is not returned by the loan date, we will send you a reminder in the first instance. You may be charged for damaged, lost or missing resources.
